PHU MY PLASTICS PRODUCTION J.S.C (PMP) was established in December 2016. PMP is one of the leading manufacturers of eco-friendly plastics in Vietnam. Beside biodegradable resins, PMP also supply products made from eco-friendly plastics such as bags (T-shirt bags, garbage bags, roll bags for food containing, etc.), disposable knives/ spoons/ forks, etc.
During the first period, our factory can supply about 3000 tons of biobased/ biodegradable resins for domestic and oversea market. We are continuously expanding production capacity to meet the growing demand of the market.
Products made from PMP’s biodegradable resins are safe for food contact, and can be totally degraded within 6 months (compostable products) or 2-5 years (biobased products) by microorganism when being buried in soil with suitable condidions, but the products are easily to be preserved in normal condition without downgrade during stock or using time.
PMP’s bio-based plastic pellets and products were certified by Vincotte as “OK biobased” and "Ok-compost" - meet EN 13432 standard.
Benefit from using PMP’s biodegradable products:
Eco-friendliness – Products made from PMP’s biodegradable plastics can be totally bio-degraded after a short time by activities of microorganism when being buried in soil with suitable conditions, and the products’ utility can replace many of other harmful products made from ordinary plastics.
Safe for food contact - PMP’s eco-friendly plastics do not contain toxic components or heavy metals that can harm human health- tested and certified by Vinacontrol.
Recyclable products - The after used products can be recycled at least one time with the same process of conventional plastics
Easy preservation – The products degrade only in soil environment with suitable conditions, under the impact of humidity and microorganisms, no need to worry about downgrade of products during stock or using time.
Produce new products with current equipment – PMP’s biodegradable plastic pellets can be converted to final products in the same equipment used for ordinary plastics.
